Oversea T/T or SWIF

E-herems also accepts payment by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) or SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) from abroad.


How to transfer moneyby T/T or SWIFT on E-hermes.net ?

1.You must click “Consulting online” or write toyour manager by email sale-en@e-hermes.net, and inquiry how to transfer yourpayment,

and ask the current exact E-hermes’ bank’s details.

2.After“transfer”.you write to your manager about the transfer detail such as the bankbill, tracking number, date..

3.WhenE-hermes gets the payment after confirming, then your manager will recharge for you manually and write to you about this.

4.After recharging you can enter to “MyAccount” or “Order history” to check your balance and star your shopping onE-hermes.net.


Note:

1.In according to Remitter’s bank, Intermediary bank and Beneficiaries’ bank’s payment policy, the bank fee will

be different in size of 15-45 USD.

2.And the paymentarrived time is always in 2-5 working days after submitting.

3.Sometimes the payment doesn't arrive into E-hermes’ account exceed more than 5days. Because your Intermediary

bank does not deal with your payment in time,

or there is a holiday in America, or Remitter’s bank/ Beneficiaries’ bank’s hasn’t worked with your inquiry yet. Then

E-hermes will help you to negotiate with Beneficiaries’ bank and do an inquiry for your payment.(in this case E-hermes

just can help to hurry the third party.

4.If the money doesn't arrive into your E-hermes's account after manually recharging successfully?


Please contact with our to your manager and offer your recharge method,recharge date, recharge amount or order number and your user name by email sale-en@e-hermes.net. In 1 working day after receiving the information you have submitted, E-herems manager will contact with E-hermes’ financial worker to check for you. After having confirmed, your manager will recharge for you manually again.
