Which order status is there ?
How can I see my order status?
You can go to the My order page to view your orders. There are six different status:
a) Pending
Our purchaser is buying this item now. Once the item is purchased, you cannot delete it.
b) Bought
Our purchaser has paid and bought the item for you.
c)On the way
The item had been sent to E-hermes warehouse, but not yet arrive.
d) Arrived
The items have arrived E-hermes warehouse. And E-hermes’ QC have inspected the item,and placed into the warehouse.
e) Submitted
The item which has been submitted to delivery. And you had paid the delivery payment for this item.
f) Invalid
In this case maybe :
- This item is not in stock;
- This item has lost in E-hermes or in the transportation or Seller deliberately did not delivery and we will compensate for you; or you can directly contact our customer serive for help.
- The payment for this item has been refunded back into your account automatically.
Note: If your item has some problems, our purchaser will leave a message for you, Please click the " chat" and reply when there is a "new" on it.
